May Hashem be with you.
I rejoiced to hear that you succeeded in appointing rabbis who will work to raise the banner of Torah. The prime mission of rabbonim is to teach Torah to the members of their communities Torah and to teach them to establish their lives according to the Halacha. Therefore, you must persevere and increase your support within these kehillos and see to it that each community has rabbis who are G-d-fearing and dayanim who are upright so that Jewish tradition and religion be solid and firm.
Bnei Brak, the city of Torah and Chassidus, has, according to figures from the Bureau of Population Statistics from the Interior Ministry, a population of 193,900, may they increase, compared to 190,000 at the beginning of 5776; 186,103 during 5775, and 183,916 in 5774. The above figure represents the count at the end of Tishrei 5777.
Dozens of rabbonim throughout the country, together with over one hundred community representatives from all over, many from Chassidic courts, gathered this past motzei Shabbos for a Melave Malka of the third Ve'idas Hakehillos [Community Councils] taking place in the Wagshal hall in Bnei Brak. Its purpose was to strengthen the Rabbinical Committee for Fortifying the Walls of Religion, and it dealt with the continuation of its activities to protect the Jewish fold according to the directives of our rabbis and Torah leadership.
"A danger is inherent in all studies in a [secular] academic environment. We are not talking about some fine line but of severe matters... Distance yourself from this path because it is apikorsus. The gemara says that one must stay away from all heretical talk, even the most negligent. Any course given by a secular lecturer must necessarily cool off a person in his avodas Hashem.
