I rejoiced to hear that you succeeded in appointing rabbis who will work to raise the banner of Torah. The prime mission of rabbonim is to teach Torah to the members of their communities Torah and to teach them to establish their lives according to the Halacha. Therefore, you must persevere and increase your support within these kehillos and see to it that each community has rabbis who are G-d-fearing and dayanim who are upright so that Jewish tradition and religion be solid and firm.
Let us hope that this convention be a source of reinforcement in Torah and mitzvah-observance in all of the communities.
