Israeli Rabbinate Botei Din Authorized to Hear Cases about International Get Refusers
The Knesset plenum approved this past Monday in a second and third reading the proposal authorizing Israeli rabbinical courts to hear cases involving agunos from all over the world even if they have no connection to Eretz Yisroel, so long as the original marriage took place according to halachic standards.

The Committee for Public Complaints held a special meeting per request of MK Betzalel Smotritch regarding suspected fraud on the part of schools for the studies of investments in the stock market through the various media. They write that talleisim and tzitzis imported from China without any reliable kashrus supervision constitute a severe stumbling block to the public.
The good living conditions of Israeli cows contribute to their health and the decline of the need for invasive veterinary treatment. A report reflecting this fact was presented to the members of the Tnuva Mehadrin Badatz committee in a monthly joint meeting.
