A unique first-of-its-kind gathering was held this week for the 120 people involved in planning Ramat Beit Shemesh Dalet. Ranking municipal figures addressed the planners, sharing their expectations regarding the enormous neighborhood in the works. The conference was initiated and led by the chairman of the Local Planning and Construction Committee, Rabbi Moshe Montag, in order to speed up the construction process.
