BBC Tried to Conceal Murder of Jews in Mumbai Attack

Western reporters refuse to refer to the mass murderers who
attacked the Chabad House and hotels in Mumbai as killers and
avoided using the word "terrorists," instead describing them
as "activists" or "Islamic militants." In the Wall Street
Journal Tom Gross wrote about the destructive role the
world media has played in the war against terror.

to Merkaz Rabbanei Eretz Yisroel, noting it poses a dire
threat to the conceptual and halachic independence of

held meetings at the homes of gedolei Yisroel,

expressed their dismay that some men still use forbidden
shavers which gedolei haposkim hold are a
transgression of Torah law, despite the fact two kosher
shavers are currently sold on the market.
Iran Declares Traditional Graves of Mordechai and Esther a
National Heritage Site

The site believed to contain the graves of Mordechai Hayehudi
and Esther Hamalkoh in the city of Hamadan, known in
Megillas Esther as "Shushan Habiroh," has been
declared a national heritage site by Iran, which protects and
maintains the site.
Court Orders Peace Now to Apologize and Compensate
Settlers

The Jerusalem Magistrate Court ruled Peace Now and two of its
activists, Hagit Ofran and Dror Etkes, must apologize to the
settlers they degraded and provide them monetary
compensation.
Tel Aviv Court Rejects Petition to Close Tiv Taam Market
That Operates on Shabbos and Sells Pork

The Tel Aviv District Court ruled that the Tiv Taam branch in
Ramat Hachayal, a suburb of Tel Aviv, does not have to close
on Shabbos and does not have to stop selling chazir
despite municipal ordinances.
