According to established halacha, genuine acceptance of mitzvas, in full, by a conversion candidate at the time of the conversion is an essential condition in order for the conversion to be valid. Therefore if it comes to light that the "convert" did not undertake proper mitzvah observance at the time of the conversion, even if later he does undertake mitzvas, the conversion is not valid under any circumstances.

Taanis Sheini Basra falls this year on Monday, 14 Iyar (May 19) which is also Pesach Sheini and therefore the common minhag is not to fast, but the Luach Eretz Yisroel cites that there is also another minhag to postpone the fast to Wednesday.
Pesach Sheini falls on Tuesday, 14 Iyar (May 19). Tachanun is not said and the minhag is to eat matzos during this day. The Chida writes that we should increase our simchah on Pesach Sheini since it is kodosh to Hashem.
