The committee members, who meet biannually, addressed a variety of issues on the agenda of European Jewry and became closely acquainted with the local Jewish community and its institutions through meetings and onsite visits. During the conference, meetings were held with French government officials and Paris officials, as well as EU diplomatic corps members stationed in Paris. The conference was hosted by the Consistoire, which represents the Parisian Jewish community and is headed by CER President and French Chief Rabbi, HaRav Yosef Sitruk.
