Maharsham of Barzen's Gravesite Located

After several long months of concerted efforts in cooperation
with local government heads in the Levov and Barzen areas the
precise location of the grave of the Maharsham of Barzen, the
leading posek of his generation in Galicia, was
discovered.
In a complicated operation a new gravestone was discretely
erected at the Maharsham's grave in the Barzen cemetery near
the Galician border. This week a sizable group of the
Maharsham's descendants will set out to the gravesite to
commemorate his yahrtzeit on the 16th of Shevat,
sending up their prayers in the merit of the gaon and
tzaddik and entreating Shochen Meromim to
redeem Klal Yisroel from its difficult state. The
Maharsham passed away in 5671 (1911).
