Bnei Hayeshivos Beis Knesses Opens in Second Phase of
Beitar Illit

With joy and high spirits the bnei Torah kehilloh
living on Hill Beit (Giv'a Beit) of Beitar Illit
welcomed the opening of the large, spacious Bnei Hayeshivos
beis medrash on Shabbos.
Recently, dozens of families belonging to the kehilloh
took up residence in the neighborhood and dozens of other
kollel families are expected to join in the coming
months.
As the kehilloh begins to take shape in the new
neighborhood, the need arose for a suitable place for a
central beis knesses, a beis mikdash me'at for
Torah and tefilloh.
Thanks to extensive efforts by Mayor R' Yitzchok Pindrus,
Municipality Director R' Meir Hirshman and Council Member R'
Yisroel Aisenstark, who spared no effort to complete the
construction of the beis knesses before the holiday
season commences, the new beis medrash has already
opened its doors to the public. Kehilloh members
praised the work of R' Dovid Kirshenbaum, director of the
Degel Hatorah branch in Jerusalem, for his substantial
assistance in promoting the matter.
