The last day for Kiddush Levonoh -- Kislev

One can say Kiddush Levonoh in the entire world until Tuesday, the 14 Kislev (Nov. 23), at 10:58 A.M., Israeli time. In eastern countries, Eretz Yisroel, Europe, and eastern America the actual final time is therefore the entire Monday night, the eve of 14 Kislev.
