What should be strengthened in this time?

Sar HaTorah: Do teshuvoh.

Maran Rosh Hayeshiva: Avoid bitul Torah. Learn more Torah, each according to his ability. Be very careful about loshon hora.

Judge favorably. Ask for mercy in davening that the danger will pass quickly.

What is the obligation to keep the health rules?

Sar HaTorah: Not to do anything that one is not obligated to do.

Maran Rosh Hayeshiva: One must do everything according to the official rules, with the well-known cautions, so as not to get hurt or to hurt others.

sWhat is the merit of those who are mischazek in learning Torah in a time like this?

Sar HaTorah: They can be saved from all bad things.

Maran Rosh Hayeshiva: One who learns when others are not learning gets the reward of all of them, as it says in the Yerushalmi at the end of Brochos.

What is the special lesson in emunah from this?

Sar HaTorah: When HaKodosh Boruch Hu wants to punish someone He does not need the virus.

Maran Rosh Hayeshiva: We see the Hand of Hashem who overturns the routines of the entire world with a small virus. All of man's great powers cannot prevail. There is no advice and understanding against Hashem. There are many thoughts in the heart of man, but the idea of Hashem will prevail.

What can one say to those who are afraid?

Sar HaTorah: There is no reason to fear.

Maran Rosh Hayeshiva: One should not be overwhelmed by phobias and fears. Everything is in the Hand of Heaven. Whatever Hashem does is for the good. One just need follow the instructions, with all the rules for caution, and thereby there will be siyata deShmaya that things will work out well and all the difficulties will pass.

What is the segulah or other way to be safe from this disease?

Sar HaTorah: By learning Torah.

Maran Rosh Hayeshiva: To pray and beseech mercy.
