Shearis Kashrus in Rami Levy

Following a long period of negotiations, preparations, examinations and specifications, finally, the Shearis Yisroel Supervision gave its stamp of approval to the Rami Levi food outlet and supermarket network and its products which will include all the departments of produce in the chain's sixty stores so that the general public can purchase the broad selection of fruits and vegetables without qualms regarding terumos, ma'asros, orlah etc.
After a long and complicated process that had many parts to it, the kashrus agreement was finally implemented. A sign of the importance that the chain gives to this development was the founder and owner, Rami Levy, was on hand when the public announcement was made. The chain will also have the Chareidim hechsher.
