In the past, there existed a severe problem of Shabbos desecration in America. Jews were laid off from work for refusing to work on Shabbos. How was the situation changed? How is it that today, Baruch Hashem, this trial no longer exists by Jews? It is because certain Jews sacrificed themselves for it. They were not thwarted, nor were they broken, and that is why Hashem helped them and the law of employment in the U.S. was changed, enabling Jews to work five days a week so that they no longer needed to work on Shabbos.
This applies to the threats of modern technology. If we do our share, Hashem will do His, and we will see blessing in our efforts.
We must realize that in this battle to save Jewry from the hazards of open Internet, aside from the subject of public information and the solutions to those who require them, it is no less important to educate [the public] to the needed caution against the dangers of technology.
