As of December 17 (5 Teves) 111 millimeters of rain had fallen in the Jerusalem area during the current season (August 1 to date). This represents 89% of the average rainfall for this period and 21% of the average rainfall for the entire season in the Jerusalem area which is 537 mm.
Most of the country has reverted to the average rainfall, or less, for this period.
The current level of the Kinneret is -213.04 meters below sea level, which is just above the lower red line of -213 meters, but a slight rise of 2 centimeters from last week.
