Gedolei Yisrael Issue Plea to Support Lev L'Achim Kiruv Activities

A special letter expressing a fervent plea to come to the aid of Lev L'Achim was publicized this past Tuesday under the heading "An Outcry and Plea from a Broken and Troubled Heart." Torah leaders, bearing upon their shoulders the burden of the people and the pain of the tremendous spiritual danger threatening the masses of Jewish children and youth, demanded help for the budgetary dilemma facing the holy organization Lev L'Achim, which is necessitating a curtail of the blessed activities of school registration and guiding the large masses of parents interested in transferring their children from government schools to a Torah oriented education in Torah schools and yeshivos. Limiting these programs means the loss of countless precious Jewish souls to their rightful heritage.
