As of March 12 (20 Adar) 584 millimeters of rain had fallen in the Jerusalem area during the current season (August 1 to date). This represents 126% of the average rainfall for this period and 109% of the average rainfall for the entire season in the Jerusalem area which is 537 mm.
Most of the country has already exceeded the average annual rainfall for the entire season.
The current level of the Kinneret is -212.00 meters below sea level (a small rise from last week), which is above the lower red line of -213 meters. It is less than three meters from the upper red line of -208.8 meters.
