It is our obligation as rabbonim to grapple with them and find halachic solutions for each situation on the one hand, while on the other, we must not change or veer by a hairsbreadth from our halachically transmitted tradition, including to the clear-cut defined lines which I have received from HaRav Wosner." These were the opening words of HaRav Moshe Shaul Klein at the first meeting of the rabbonim of the H.R.B. control center.
The H.R.B. control center is the international halachic-medical answer to halachic challenges in medicine. Anyone dialing the center's number at any hour of the day or night will receive a personal reply and a referral to the expert rov who can deal with it best, so that the answer will be the most reliable and authoritative one possible. Questions regarding life-saving are included, along with questions of a lighter nature.
The H.R.B. headquarters was established under the watchful eye, blessing and guidance of HaRav Moshe Shaul Klein who was privileged to learn and serve under the tutelage and guidance of HaRav Wosner for many dozens of years.
