A very large crowd came to the levaya in Jerusalem of HaRav Shlomo Leib Brevda zt"l on Wednesday night 28 Teves. HaRav Brevda was niftar in America on Tuesday 27 Teves. There was a levaya with hespedim in America, then another one at the airport in Eretz Yisroel due to the difficult weather and a final one at the Torah Ore Yeshiva in Jerusalem.
HaRav Brevda zt"l was one of the greatest and most effective marbitzei Torah and mussar of our generation, who had been educated and brought to maturity by
the gedolim of earlier times. In addition, he dedicated himself to explaining and publicizing the Torah of the Vilna Gaon.
