Thousands of Women to Attend Internet Awareness Rally this Motzei Shabbos

By Yechiel Sever

Tens of thousands of women and girls from all over Israel and various streams will assemble this coming motzei Shabbos for a mass rally to be broadcast simultaneously in dozens of locations throughout Israel. The organizers are encouraging attendance at neighborhood centers rather than at a single location.

The agenda involves the hazards of modern technology and its purpose is to strengthen the fortress of Yiddishkeit, and to preserve the cruse of holy oil of Jewish education and the establishment of upright Jewish homes and families. Featured centrally in this rally will be the addresses of several gedolei Yisroel who are standing in the breach. They are summoning Jewish women and girls to attend the rally which is the clarion call of the hour to save Jewish souls of this and future generations. The rally will also include prayers for the success of this battle and the salvation of Klal Yisroel.

HaRav Chaim Kanievsky's Call To Participate

Monday, 12th of Kislev

In anticipation of the upcoming great rally relating to the hazards of technology, which is a vital issue, to distance each and every one from this even more than one would stay away from fire, because this fire consumes the soul. It is therefore obligatory for everyone to participate in this Kennes. Whoever does so shall be blessed from Heaven with success, spiritually and materially, s/he and their entire family.

Written at the behest of HaRav Chaim Kanievsky

Eliyahu Mann
