Extreme care is urged amongst parents and seminary students
in the wake of the public letter appearing this past Friday
issued by gedolei Yisroel past and present regarding a
seminary that resembles dangerous cults.
The letter, originally published in Adar 5771 and published
again on Tuesday of this week, states, "We were deeply
distressed to hear about the girls' school on Rechov Shaul
Hamelech in Jerusalem, administered by Aharon Ramati and run
in a very questionable manner, similar to dangerous
cults.
"All of his actions are unquestionably contrary to daas
Torah and negate the traditional path followed generation
after generation.
"And yet, there are many parents whose daughters have been
ensnared in his net, who bemoan the bitter fate of their
daughters who were enticed into entered the institution
which turns them against their parents and teachers and
removes them from any [decent[ educational framework under
the false guise of sanctity."
The letter is being republished after it became clear that
this person continues to recruit students. For more details
or to provide further information that can help in this
struggle, please contact the committee at 052-7631004.
