Committee Set Up to Manage Meron

Following a High Court decision regarding the development of
R' Shimon Bar Yochai's gravesite in Meron, a site management
committee including all of the hekdeishot that operate
there has been set up.
The committee will be headed by the state's representative,
HaRav Shmuel Rabinovitz, who serves as rov of the Kosel
Maarovi and other holy sites.
Atty. Roni Palloch of the Hager-Palloch law firm says the
management committee is slated to convene its first meeting
in order to advance the regular maintenance and operation of
the site for the benefit of the many mispallelim who
come to visit.
