Three-Day Education Conference

A three-day education conference held this week at Kibbutz
Nir Etzion near Haifa drew roshei yeshivos,
mashgichim, educators, talmud Torah principals
and heads of educational institutions representing the broad
range of Torah-based educational institutions operating in
Israel today.
According to conference organizers, extensive logistical
arrangements were made to check in all of the participants
quickly and to process educators who arrived to take part in
certain panels or sessions once the conference was already
underway.
Due to the enormous demand to participate in the conference
the organizers had to inform some would-be conference
participants that all of the rooms were occupied. However,
due to the importance of the conference, organizers made
arrangements for additional participants to register for
sessions without lodging.
