Letter by HaRav Eliashiv and HaRav Shteinman shlita

Though we are still at the beginning of bein hazmanim
two yeshiva bochurim have already lost their lives
Hashem yeracheim. Therefore we reiterate our calls to
yeshiva bochurim to take advantage of this period of
time for its intended aim of rest and further strengthening
the study of the holy Torah, rather than roaming in
inappropriate places or taking trips, which could entail
danger (unless the yeshiva management considers it necessary
and on condition [the trip] is supervised by the yeshiva).
