Degel HaTorah and Agudah Negotiating Teams Meet

Degel HaTorah and Agudas Yisroel negotiating teams met on
Monday in Jerusalem to discuss the possibility of a united
list in the next Knesset elections.
Participants reported that a positive atmosphere prevailed
during the meeting, which concluded with a decision to set up
small negotiating teams in an attempt to reach an agreement
within a short period of time.
Representing Degel HaTorah at Monday's meeting were Rabbi
Avrohom Ravitz, Rabbi Moshe Gafni, Rabbi Mordechai Karelitz,
Rabbi Uri Maklev, Rabbi Tzvi Baumel, Rabbi Yaakov Guterman,
Rabbi Avrohom Rubinstein and Rabbi Yitzchok Reich. Agudas
Yisroel sent Rabbi Yaakov Litzman, Rabbi Meir Porush, Rabbi
Shmuel Halpert, Rabbi Yisroel Eichler, Rabbi Chanoch Zeibert
and Rabbi Boruch Pollak.
