El Al Makes Yeshiva Students Eligible for Student
Fares

Yeshiva and kollel students flying El Al will soon be
eligible for the same fares granted to college students,
following an agreement between the airline and Vaad
Hayeshivot.
The company agreed to the new arrangement after inquiries
from Hakav Hacham, a consumer column in Yated
Ne'eman's Hebrew edition, particularly since the chareidi
sector often flies El Al. MK Rabbi Moshe Gafni was also
instrumental in obtaining the discount fares, which will be
available to all yeshiva and kollel students
authorized by Vaad Hayeshivot.
According to El Al's Israeli branch, the details of the
arrangement are currently being finalized and yeshiva
students will be able to take advantage of the discount fares
in the near future.
