Torah learning and Torah teaching as a ram at Yeshivas

dedicate herself to raising her family.

doors open to guests, regularly inviting her husband's
talmidim to their Shabbos table. She derived real joy
and satisfaction when involved in mitzvas and always exuded a
love of life. She excelled in honesty, uprightness and simple
ways.
On Lag B'Omer she went with her husband to pray at Rashbi's
gravesite in Meron. Driving back to Jerusalem the next
morning with friends, on the Trans-Israel Highway near the
Ayal Interchange the driver continued straight despite a
sharp curve and, while trying to steer back onto the road, he
lost control of the car, which overturned twice, killing Mrs.
Sokolover instantly and leaving her husband in serious but
stable condition. The other two passengers, Yehuda ben Frida
Gitel Alizoh and Dovid ben Shoshonoh Raisel, were hurled out
of the car and sustained moderate injuries.
The levaya set out from the Shamgar Funeral Parlor

father-in-law, HaRav Mordechai Sokolover, her uncle HaRav
Zevulun Shub, her brother HaRav Leib Kober and ybcl"c
