Prominent European rabbonim and dayanim have
arrived in eretz Yisroel to bake matzos in
the Matzos Hamehudoros Bakeries at Yad Binyomin.
Among them are members of the Adas Yeshurun BaDaTz
of Zurich, headed by HaRav Doniel Levi and HaRav
Also visiting the bakery was the ravad of
the Hisachdus Kehillos HaChareidim of England,
HaRav Tzvi Yosef Dunner. HaRav Dunner visited the
Yad Binyomin bakery and marveled over the special
kashrus arrangements at Yad Binyomin which are not
found in any other bakery in the world.
This is the first time that the rabbonim of the
Adas Yeshurun BaDaTz have come to Eretz
Yisroel to bake matzos for their community.
HaRav Doniel Levi and HaRav Pinchos Padwa came to
personally supervise the baking of matzos for the
Swiss chareidi community. They, too, were amazed by
the bakery's meticulous kashrus procedures, high
standard of hygiene and smooth production process
which enable a thorough inspection to take place
every eighteen minutes.
The rabbonim and dayanim -- veteran experts
in the area of kashrus -- noted that they have
visited many bakeries, but have never yet
encountered one with such standards as that of
Matzos Hamehudoros Yad Binyomin. They were
especially impressed by the ease with which each
area of the bakery may be inspected.
As he left Yad Binyomin, HaRav Doniel Levi said to
the bakery owners, "I will promote your bakery
everywhere and will warmly recommend all who ask me
that they bake [matzos] in your bakery only."
