The Government unanimously approved dismantling of the
Ministry of Religious Affairs at its weekly Cabinet meeting
last Sunday. The areas currently under its jurisdiction will
be transferred to other ministries, thereby safeguarding the

In the eastern countries one has more time to make a berochoh -- until the above time according to the difference in time zones in comparison to Eretz Yisroel. In Europe and surely America it is altogether impossible to make a berochoh during this night, and the final time is the entire previous night. The astronomical full moon is at 9:37 P.M., three and a third hours later than the nigud emtzo'i. Since this time is within 15 full days from the molad one can bedi'eved make a berochoh until this time in Eretz Yisroel and in Europe and the eastern countries according to the difference in time zones in comparison to Eretz Yisroel.
