Note About this Issue
Although it was produced before Shavuos, this issue is dated
erev Shabbos parshas Noso, which is after Shavuos.
This was done due to the fact that there is no way to
distribute a paper in chutz la'aretz between Shavuos
and Shabbos.
Most of the paper is not about Shavuos, although Rav Leff's
excellent article is about matan Torah.
Most of the material can be read with interest and profit
both before and after Shavuos.
