Mercaz Hachinuch Opens Modi'in Illit Branch

With the blessings of the moro d'asro HaRav Meir Kessler and other rabbonim, Mercaz Hachinuch set up the Binat Halev branch, a local treatment clinic in Modi'in Illit, based on requests by parents and educators in the city.
Since its inception, the center has provided professional treatment for emotional, social and behavioral problems in children, teens and within the family unit. A decision was reached by the rabbonim who oversee the center, which operates under the direction of HaRav Y. Lorincz, to expand activity to Modi'in Illit residents as well, following numerous requests phoned in to Binat Halev's phone center.
Mercaz Hachinuch was founded several years ago by Rav Shlomo Lorincz zt"l at the home of Maran HaRav Yosef Sholom Eliashiv shlita after HaRav Lorincz identified a need to launch the educational center in order to provide solutions for young people, parents and educators, with HaRav Eliashiv's blessings and support. Services are provided by male professionals to boys and by female professionals to girls.
