The Shushan "State of Law"

Law and order prevailed in the capital of Shushan, and Haman sought a libel against the Jews that is strangely parallel to these times in our own country where judicial law prevails. "There is one nation, dispersed and disparate among the nations... And they do not keep the statutes of the king..."
