Citibook Expands Services

Citibook of Modi'in Illit, which is involved in real-estate
insurance and abstracts of real-estate contracts in the US,
is expanding its operations to the area of business planning.
Recently Madison Title, the company's US partner, acquired
Real Diligence, a company that does feasibility studies for
commercial properties. Citibook will provide its services
both to Israeli companies investing in the US and to US
companies.
The primary goal of feasibility studies is to gather
information on the property and the market, as well as
possible trouble spots. The company, located in New York and
New Jersey, specializes in commercial properties such as
shopping malls in New York State. The company also has
representative offices in Florida and Texas.
"Our big advantage is in the extensive knowledge the company
has acquired regarding the identity of properties and their
title. Our knowledge includes numerous components that allow
us to create an excellent platform in the area of feasibility
studies as well," says CEO Eli Kazhdan. "The company will
provide services in Israel to Israeli companies seeking
indications regarding properties in the US. This is an
important advantage for Israeli investors."
