The plot had been promised for years as a land reserve to expand the chareidi neighborhoods. Rebbetzin Ungarisher was the daughter of HaRav Reuven Grozovsky zt"l and the granddaughter of HaRav Boruch Ber Leibowitz, author of Bircas Shmuel and rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Kamenitz.
