Yeshivas Ponovezh Opens 54th Yarchei Kallah

The 54th Annual Yarchei Kallah at Yeshivas Ponovezh was
opened in Bnei Brak this week by HaRav Eliezer Kahaneman and
the roshei yeshiva.
Originally conceived by the Ponovezher Rov zt"l the
annual two-week event attracts families from around the
country and from other countries eager to spend two weeks
savoring the atmosphere of the yeshiva as bona fide bnei
yeshiva.
Kiddushin was selected as this year's masechta,
along with the halochos of the mitzvos dependent on Eretz
Yisroel from maseches Pei'oh and the halochos of
tzedokoh and matonos aniyim. The shiurim
are being given by the roshei yeshiva and other prominent
rabbonim and maggidei shiurim.
