Fourth Annual Shas Cycle in Memory of HaRav Shach

The fourth annual Shas cycle in memory of Maran
Rabbenu Hagodol HaRav Elozor Menachem Man Shach zt"l
began this week after thousands of lomdim everywhere
completed the entire Shas several times over as an
illui neshomoh for Rabbenu before the third
yahrtzeit.
The first cycle began during the year of mourning in keeping
with the request in HaRav Shach's will "to do chessed
for me by learning for my illui neshomoh, even a
single mishnah or a single mussar thought, and
this will be my wages, for I, too, was totally dedicated to
your success."
