As always, Rosally Saltsman has provided us with a very
interesting and well-written article (Cheshvan, "Pay
Slip").
May I just add that babysitters also need to be paid before
being sent home! Just because they're under twenty doesn't
mean they should have to return to us two or three times for
payment -- or be forced to remind us, which is very
uncomfortable for anyone to have to do.
