HaRav Nissim Rebibo, zt"l

HaRav Nissim Rebibo, the av beis din of the Paris Bet Din and a member of the Standing Committee of CER, was niftar on Monday, 11 Sivan-May 31.
He is remembered as an outstanding talmid chochom who was dear to all who knew him. He was a personality blessed with a noble character, a warm and welcoming heart with a clear understanding which motivated him to serve as a halachic leader both of French Jewry and of European Jewry.
As we go to press the levayah is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon to leave from the Beis Medrash Yechave Daas for Har Hamenuchos. The family is sitting shiva in the King Solomon Hotel, King David Street, Jerusalem.
