Maranan Verabonon Call on Avreichim to Participate in Lev
L'Achim Enrollment Drive

Thousands of avreichim are set to begin one-day
enrollment drives in 15 towns and cities throughout Eretz
Yisroel as part of ongoing efforts to boost the placement of
children in Torah-based schools in the coming year.
The avreichim, under the guidance of Maran HaRav
Eliashiv and HaRav Shteinman will reinforce the permanent Lev
L'Achim enrollment staff in order to reach the many homes
where parents have made previous contact with Lev L'Achim's
education hotline (1-800-550-300) and to canvass door-to-door
in areas with high concentrations of young families.
The annual project, dubbed Enrollment Days, is being planned
in coordination with roshei kollelim and was
intentionally scheduled to coincide with the Three Weeks when
the public has many fewer smochos to attend. In
recognition of the value of the volunteers' time the Lev
L'Achim staff is making extra efforts to arrange convenient
transportation and provide information to facilitate locating
the correct addresses within the allotted time.
