I come to strengthen bnei Torah since, to our dismay, we are all concerned and in great fear about the lot of young bnei Torah and toilers in Torah, who constitute the future of our people.
Everyone should try to add Torah, namely in setting aside time to learn Torah. Bnei yeshivas should learn more and be careful to use the time to learn Torah.
Also shemiras Shabbos and the details of all mitzvos [should be observed.] And from Shomayim may they be merciful and to make further decrees. And may we merit to raise the standard of Torah soon, in our days.
I come to add, to request of the talmidei yeshivos to try to fulfill the eitza of the Ramchal zt"l for five 24-hour periods, in order to nullify the decree that they want to make to close the yeshivas in Israel.
And let us hope, be'ezras Hashem, that there will be siyata deShmaya to foil the plans of those who want to keep Israel from Torah.
He who writes in pain over the awful decrees that they want to nullify Torah. And may the zchus of those who learn nullify and foil the plans of those who have evil plans.
