Degel HaTorah Public Service Bureau Opens MDA Complaint Center

Following numerous complaints against Magen David Adom received by the Jerusalem branch of Degel HaTorah, the faction's Public Service Bureau has decided to open a nationwide complaint center.

According to the Public Service Bureau, "After families received inflated bills from Magen David Adom totaling hundreds of shekels just for having an ambulance arrive at the scene of an incident, without evacuating the patient or, at most, according to their claims, for administering very minimal treatment, in the future these families are liable to hesitate to summon MDA in the event they need medical assistance, choliloh."

"We will work with the assistance of legal consultants and other expert consultants, and do all we can to promote the needs of the public," said the Bureau.
