Jerusalem Municipality to Boost Enforcement of Proper Treatment of Chickens During Kaporos

As the wedding season gets underway, volunteer chessed organization Yedidim has been receiving numerous calls from parents who return home from family simchas late at night only to find they have no key to the front door. In recent weeks the organization has come to the rescue of dozens of families that, for various reasons, had no way to gain entry to their home, leaving entire families waiting wearily at the doorstep.
