Rabbonim and Educators Working to Raise Awareness
Regarding Youth Concerts Prohibited by Gedolei Yisroel

Rabbonim and educators gathered for an emergency meeting in
Jerusalem last weekend to raise the chareidi public's
awareness of the prohibition against attending concerts, even
if arrangements for separate seating are made.
Participants at the meeting said despite efforts to inform
the public regarding the prohibition against attending such
events, organizers continue to distribute notices in chareidi
neighborhoods. The rabbonim are asking parents to ensure that
their children do not attend these events, which pose a
tremendous spiritual danger and are very detrimental to their
chinuch.
Shlomei Yisroel are hoping the organizers will to come
their senses and cancel the events at the last moment.
