Lev L'Achim organizers are all set for the annual conference
scheduled to take place Wednesday afternoon at Heichalei
Malchut in Bnei Brak.
Designed to encourage the avreichim involved in
zikui horabim throughout the year, the conference is
expected to draw not only the avreichim who dedicate
their time to promote the organization's activities, but
other avreichim as well. Roshei yeshivos, rabbonim and
gedolei Torah will gather in a side hall and will
enter the main hall together at the start of the event.
Lev L'Achim organizers were able to make special arrangements
to accommodate the large number of avreichim expected
to participate by moving the women's conference to the nearby
Armonot Chen hall. Charter buses will be departing from 25
different cities across the country between 1:45 and 3:00
p.m. and the event is schedule to begin at 3:30. Details can
be obtained through local Lev L'Achim coordinators.
Due to the great interest in the conference the speeches will
be transmitted live via Kol Haloshon (03-6171111, Line 1).
After the conference ends a recorded version of the
proceedings will be available as well (03-6171011). The
organization notes the gathering will also be available
through Kol Haloshon branches in the US, England and
Switzerland.
